​CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY *

We understand that life events can sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointement.

For this reason, we have a practical and standardized cancellation Policy:​

Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the massage price.​

Also, if you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up for your first visit, you will lose your first-time discount.

Any early termination of treatment or reduction in services compared to what was initially booked will not result in a rate reduction.

LATE POLICY *​

Latecomers will be welcomed during the time reserved for their treatment, with an additional 15 minutes for client intake and setup.

After this time, you will be considered a no-show for your appointment. If you arrive late within the grace period, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time. The period for your treatment will not be extended.

* A last-minute cancellation or failure to show up for your appointment has three consequences:
1. It prevents another person from taking that appointment slot.

2. It affects the therapist's income.

3. It prevents you from receiving the great benefits of a regular massage therapy session.

MASSAGE PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT

During massages, I use different types of massage products:

- arnica-based oil, clay, cryogenic gel, and 100% pure, natural, and organic balms (unscented) suited to different types of massage.

A set of towels is provided for your use. They are replaced and washed after each massage.
