My journey

As a certified massage therapist, I offer massage therapy services and treatments focused on:
- Sports massage (recovery and performance)
- therapeutic massage (specific tensions)
- relaxation massage (muscular and nervous system relaxation)
- Energy massage (stimulation of the meridians and acupuncture points)
- Personalized, tailor-made massage (unique and adapted to each individual's specific needs)
Furthermore, passionate about the body, movement and everything related to overall health, I undertook training in the Trager® approach which led me to become a Trager® Practitioner.
Subsequently, I trained in Neuroscience, aiming to acquire knowledge about brain function, the mechanisms of attention, and their application in coaching. This allowed me to expand my professional toolkit…
The massage techniques I recommend today are diverse and suitable for all types of clients, as well as being specific to a particular type of individual, including:
• Signature Massage
• Therapeutic massage
• Relaxing Swedish massage
• Deep Tissue (deep massage)
• Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage)
• Table Shiatsu (meridian massage)
• Perinatal Shiatsu (massage for pregnant women)
• Kundalini (Ayurvedic massage for spiritual awakening)
• Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage for harmonization)
• Cupping therapy (massage technique using therapeutic cups)
• Maderotherapy (massage technique performed with wooden instruments)
• Brazilian lymphatic drainage (a manual massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system)

Also, regarding the mind-body approach, I suggest:
• The Trager® approach (exploration and rehabilitation through movement)
• Kinesiology (a therapeutic practice based on the study of muscle tone)
• Psychogenealogy (a psychoanalytic method based on searching for the origin of ailments through genealogy)
You will be able to benefit from a treatment tailored to your needs in the office, at home, in a hotel or even on boats.
It will be a pleasure to serve you!

Assignment
Massage therapy is a therapeutic technique that aims to assess the soft tissues (skin, muscles) and joints of the body (tendons, ligaments, joint capsules) in order to treat and prevent injuries, pain, or other physical dysfunctions that may occur in an individual. It also aims to promote health.
The mind-body approach, on the other hand, consists of repairing traumas stored in the body's memory that are at the root of your stress, anxiety, or fears. It is used during difficult periods (loss, breakup, suffering, trauma) or when you are struggling to manage your emotions.
My mission as a massage therapist and Trager® Practitioner is to help people achieve a level of comfort and well-being by optimizing their overall health and quality of life.
Vision
Providing support is at the heart of my priorities.
By supporting the human being in their entirety, in their physiological, emotional and energetic spheres, I contribute to their physical, mental and psychological well-being.
In my opinion, massage therapy and the psychophysical approach help to rebalance the body and mind so that they are in perfect harmony because emotional states have an impact on bodily activities.
